• Sending remuneration to speakers and persons concerned at events and programs hosted, co-hosted, or co-sponsored, etc. by the Secretariat

Provision of personal information to third parties shall be stipulated as follows.

(1) The Secretariat may, in addition to the cases stipulated by laws and regulations, to the extent necessary to carry out and introduce services related to the business purposes of each organization, such as co-hosted or co-sponsored event programs described in “Purpose of Use,” provide personal information to their business partners: Mitsui Fudosan Building Management Co., Ltd., cross U, andGo Co., Ltd., and other organizations that hosted or co-hosted events and programs, as well as to speakers of events or programs hosted or co-hosted by the Secretariat.
2. (2) The information provided will be your name, address, phone number, and other items necessary to achieve each purpose of use, to the minimum extent of items required.
3. (3) If provided to a third party, it shall be carried out using a document, mail, telephone, fax, e-mail, electronic media, etc., with due consideration to security control, and if electronic data is provided, the delivery shall be made using encryption.
4. (4) If you ask us to stop providing your information to third parties, we will stop doing so accordingly. Please contact the personal information desk.

Please make sure to provide personal information of minors with the consent of a parent or guardian.

To the extent of purposes of use, the Secretariat may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information. In this case, the Secretariat will conduct a strict examination and select a contractor.

In addition, the contractor shall be asked to handle personal information appropriately and will continue to conduct necessary supervision and audits for security management.

In cases of requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc. regarding personal information retained by the Secretariat, please contact us below. On this occasion, the Secretariat will verify identification of the individual concerned, and respond in a reasonable period of time and extent. However, in cases where there is a risk of violating laws and regulations, harming the life, body, property or other rights and interests of the person or a third party, or significantly hindering the proper performance of the business, the information will not be disclosed.
