Astroscale is the first private company solely dedicated to on-orbit servicing across all orbits with a mission to secure orbital safety in order to achieve long-term sustainability of the orbital environment for future generations. At our booth, we will be exhibiting a model of one of our satellites and will also be distributing some goods. 

Founded in 2008, our vison is “Space within Your Reach”. Axelspace have manufactured and operated 9 microsatellites, and we provide total solutions utilizing microsatellite constellation. AxelGlobe is the earth observation data solution and AxelLiner is the one-stop service for your own micro-satellites.

The UK is one of the world’s leading space nations, with a rich heritage as a pioneer in space technology for over 50 years. The UK stand features innovatve NewSpace companeis visiting from the UK on a trade mission, who offer cutting-edge products and services.

We are developing compact life-science experimental device “AMAZ” for the ISS to set up and operate in 2024. Centrifugal force generated by rotating a part of the equipment is used to replicate gravity one-sixth that of the Earth, the same as on the Moon’s surface.

ElevationSpace Inc. is the Japanese space startup company from Tohoku University that aims to create a world where everyone lives in space and elevate the future of humankind. We are developing the platform for small space utilization and recovery, ELS-R, which can conduct experiments and manufacture products inside our satellite coupled with the knowledge acquired from Yoshida and Kuwahara Lab.

In 2020, the Fukuoka Prefecture Space Business Study Group was established by industry, academia, and government in order to allow companies in the prefecture to enter the space business and to create space business-related products and services originating in the prefecture. We are working on supporting companies in the prefecture to enter the space business from both hardware (development of space-related equipment) and software (use of satellite data).

Gundam Open Innovation is a program that makes future dreams and hopes a reality. Reconsidering the “Universal Century” once again, multiplying “Gundam” and “future technology” we solve the “social issues” in this real world and make it better.

Hokkaido Spaceport (HOSPO) is the first commercial spaceport in Asia, located in Taiki-town, Hokkaido, Japan. HOSPO will support the global space business industry as a infrastructure with launch site and runway. We provide a comfortable development and a business environment for many launchers, manufacturers. We will introduce the efforts of space-related industries in Hokkaido, with a focus on HOSPO.

Infostellar is a satellite ‘Ground Segment as a Service’ (GSaaS) provider. Infostellar provides flexible and scalable ground station services enabled by our cloud platform, ‘StellarStation’, which virtualizes ground station networks.

We, Innovative Space Carrier Inc., are developing a high-frequency round-trip space transportation system with the vision of “creating new era when everyone can access to space”. We aim to provide services such as ballistic flights, cargo transportation to space, and space travel.

Interstellar Technologies (IST) is a start-up aiming to build infrastructure for space with affordable and convenient space transportation services. IST’s goal is to realize a future where space is within reach for all. The sounding rocket MOMO became the first privately developed rocket in Japan to reach space in May 2019, and had two consecutive successful launches in July 2021.

ispace is a space startup working on the development of lunar resources with the vision of “Expand our planet. Expand our future. ~Expand humanity’s living space into space for a sustainable world~”. We are developing a lunar lander and a lunar rover to provide frequent and low-cost transportation services to the Moon, as well as payload, data and partnership services. At our booth, we plan to introduce the services that ispace is developing.

IWAYA Inc. is a Sapporo-based space venture company that develops high-altitude gas balloons and airtight cabins for the journey to the stratosphere at an altitude of 25 km, leaving the earth’s surface with the buoyancy of helium gas.

We introduce various space industry promotion activities that JAXA is working on. For example, rocket and satellite businesses, creation of innovation centered on space exploration, creation of space business in a wide range of fields such as entertainment, food, lifestyle, healthcare, space debris, and robots. Hope you will discover our new side through various joint research/collaboration with companies.

Since 1975 when we lead first Japanese Space Insurance, MSI have acheaved supporting space industry approximately fifty years. Currently, we are providing new type of coverage such as “Luna Insurance” & “Space Travel Insurance” to avoid risk from space business . We are looking forward to see you at our exhibition booth .

In addition to Virgin Orbit of the United States, Oita Prefecture is collaborating with Sierra Space and Kanematsu Corporation to bring Asia’s first horizontal spaceport to Japan. Also, to creating an ecosystem with spaceport in its center, we are working on space businesses such as space application and others, and space education outreach.

Pale Blue is a space startup from the University of Tokyo founded in 2020. The company is dedicated to thrusters innovation for small satellites run on water. Through its water-based propulsion technology, Pale Blue aims to develop a space ecosystem that is safe to both humans and the surrounding environment.

Ridge-i, which continues to solve customers’ problems using cutting-edge technologies including AI and deep learning, will create new value by exploiting the AI technology it has cultivated to date for space data. We will utilize the value of space data to solve social issues such as disasters and environmental risks, to realize a new way of life for us all.

SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation is a leading company in the fields of satellite broadcasting and communications.
It is Asia’s largest satellite operator with a fleet of 16 satellites, and the one and only service provider of both multi-channel pay TV broadcasting and satellite communications in Japan.
Moreover, The company expands its business fields into the new fields of business intelligence and space businesses.

Space BD has provided the optimal solutions to utilize space for everyone and contributed to accelerating the commercialization of space. With Japanese and global launch methods, we offer satellite launch, ISS utilization, and other tailor-made services, for one-stop, as a business development firm.

The Council is working to create an environment in which the private sector can take the lead in realizing a new system of manned space transportation, such as high-speed two-point passenger transportation, which has great market potential.

Tenchijin, Inc. is a JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) startup company which uses big data from space to reveal the true potential of land yet unknown. You can experience “Tenchijin Compass” which is the easiest online GIS platform to analyze big data from space. With Tenchijin Compass, you can combine your own data, share with multiple users, and edit at the same time. Please experience Tenchijin Compass!.

Tokio Marine has been recognized as a major insurer in international space insurance market for decades and supported the industry since 1970s with delivering space insurance and risk consulting service. At our booth, we plan to exhibit our various activities based on ‘Tokio Marine Space Project’ launched this year.

UNISEC is a non-profit, non-governmental organization to support and promote practical space development activities in universities and colleges. Currently, UNISEC is engaged in a wide range of activities including international cooperation.

Established in 2016 and has launched three communication satellites. WARPSPACE develops an optical inter-satellite data relay network, “WarpHub InterSat”, to leverage the utilization of earth observation data.

Yamaguchi Aerospace Cluster is a corporate group that contributes to the aerospace industry through manufacturing by six companies in Yamaguchi Prefecture, such as machining, sheet metal, welding, heat treatment, and 3D printing.
